The working principle of the die-cutting machine is to use die-cutting knife, steel knife, hardware mold, steel wire (or stencil carved from steel plate) to apply a certain pressure through the impression plate to roll and cut the printed matter or cardboard into a certain shape. If the entire print is pressed into a single graphic product, it is called die-cutting; If the steel wire is used to press marks or leave bending grooves on the printed products, it is called indentation; If you use the yin and yang templates to heat the mold to a certain temperature and then hot print a three-dimensional pattern or font on the surface of the printed matter, it is called gilding; If one kind of substrate is overlaid on another, it is called lamination; The remaining parts excluding authentic products are called waste discharge; The above can be collectively referred to as die-cutting technology.
The die-cutting process is the most commonly used process for packaging printed materials. It is a molding process in which a die-cutting knife is used to assemble a die-cutting plate according to the design requirements of the product, and under the effect of pressure, the printed materials or other looped blanks are rolled into the desired shape or cut mark. The indentation process is to use a wire cutter or a wire die to press the wire mark on the sheet metal under the action of pressure, or use a wire roller to bend the sheet at a predetermined position. Generally, the die-cutting and indentation process is to combine the die-cutting cutter and the crimping cutter in the same template and perform die-cutting and indentation processing on the die-cutting machine at the same time, which is called die-cutting for short. Process introduction The main process of die cutting indentation is as follows: printing → adjusting the pressure → determining the rules → pasting the base material accessories → pressure test die cutting → formal die cutting indentation → removing the waste → rolling or cutting the finished product into pieces → counting and packaging.
