Basic operation flow of die-cutting machine

Many people do not know the detailed operation of the die-cutting machine. The detailed operating procedures of the die-cutting machine are listed below:

1. During working hours, pay attention, strictly observe the operating procedures and ensure safe operation.

2.Accurately determine the positioning of foam strips. Ensure that the die-cutting product is the same as the template, and the pattern should meet the typesetting requirements.

3.The formwork must be placed on the pallet. Adjust the placement angle according to the production situation.

4.Carefully adjust the die cutting clearance. Before adjustment, place the die cutting shaft clearance at a large enough amount. According to the thickness of the cardboard, adjust the adjusting wheels on both sides synchronously, and gradually fine tune until the cardboard is cut.

5.Before production, check whether the conveyor belt is properly tightened and even.

6.Switch to automatic or manual die-cutting according to production needs. When the machine is started manually, the mind is highly concentrated. Each movement shall be indicated to the crew members. When adjusting the self travel, pay attention to the length of the workbench. Prevent the pallet from rushing out of the workbench.

7.Before starting the machine, check whether there is any person working inside or outside the machine. Remove all miscellaneous items from the workbench. Greet the crew and prepare to start the machine.

8.During operation, all personnel shall cooperate carefully and pay attention to safety. Do not touch the moving parts with your hands, do not touch the button at will, and do not stand directly against the running direction of the formwork.

9.Trial production shall be carried out in advance before production. Check several pieces of products continuously, and then fold them into shape. Formal production can only be carried out after confirming that they meet the standards. Pay attention to observation during production. The back is facing up and placed neatly. Fold the semi-finished products into shape and check every five minutes. Stop the machine for adjustment in case of any problem.

10.Frequently check whether the components are worn or not in conformity with the requirements. If there is any problem, repair or replace it in time. 

11.Pay attention to the maintenance and lubrication of the machine.

1 The transmission gear shall be lubricated regularly.

2 Add oil to the sliding sleeves at both ends of the upper die-cutting shaft every day;

3 The running bearing shall be overhauled every six months to one year, and the calcium base grease shall be filled.

12. Keep the die cutting shaft clean. The lower shaft is often wiped with oil.

13.Cut off the power supply after production.

14. Wipe the machine before starting. Keep hands clean. Clean the area around the machine after production.
