At this time, start the machine for trial printing, If the picture and text are not clear and the bottom is exposed, the printing pressure can be adjusted appropriately, and it should not be too large to prevent the printing plate from deformation; The amount of ink can be reduced until the image and text are clear, the screen line can be distinguished, and the dot is not deformed.

Batch printing can be carried out after a trial print is confirmed. In normal printing, the vehicle speed should be balanced and maintained at 900~1000r/min. During the printing process, attention should be paid to the ink volume, whether the dot is deformed, and whether there is dirty spot. It should be as strict as offset printing, Keep "three leveling" (ink roller leveling, plate roller leveling, pressure roller leveling), "two small" (low ink volume, low pressure), and "four frequent" (frequently check the proofs, frequently stir the ink bucket, frequently check the ink volume, and frequently wipe the plate) 。 Note here: The wiping plate can be wiped with a soft cloth dipped in absolute ethanol. It is strictly prohibited to use gasoline, otherwise the resin plate is easy to corrode and deform. Wipe the plate with appropriate force, and do not use too much force to wipe the wire. After the plate is wiped, it shall be rotated for two consecutive cycles. After the printing plate is evenly coated with ink, it shall be sent to the cardboard for printing.
