This integrated carton processing equipment integrates flexographic printing, slot forming and rotary die cutting into one single inline procedure, specially developed for mass production of regular shipping cartons, fruit boxes, food packaging cartons and commodity corrugated cases. Equipped with full vacuum adsorption paper feeding system + full computer numerical adjustment + servo front-edge feeding structure, matched with ceramic anilox roller & doctor blade assembly, 8-axis high-precision slotting unit and die-cutting unit equipped with matched slotting cutter collars, the machine realizes high speed, stable running, high printing register accuracy and neat cutting effect, greatly lowering cardboard loss and improving overall production efficiency for carton factories.

Feeding Section: Full Vacuum Adsorption + Servo Front-edge Feeding, Full Computerized Adjustment
Adopts servo-driven front-edge vacuum adsorption paper delivery, matched with large-volume negative pressure air chamber to firmly convey warped, damp or thin corrugated boards, effectively solving paper deviation, sheet jumping and double-feeding failures.
All dimensional parameters including paper feeding position, baffle spacing and conveying clearance support full computer touch screen centralized adjustment, with parameter memory & one-key reset function. Operators only need to input carton size data to finish parameter setting automatically, shortening order changeover time sharply.
2. Printing Section: Ceramic Anilox Roller + Precision Doctor Blade System
Fitted with wear-resistant ceramic anilox roller + sealed doctor blade ink supply system. The ceramic roller features high hardness, corrosion resistance and uniform ink transfer performance, presenting delicate printing patterns, clear texts and solid ink layers.
The doctor blade realizes stable scraping pressure under high-speed operation; the ink chamber is easy to disassemble and clean, reducing ink waste and avoiding printing quality defects caused by residual dry ink. Three-color independent printing units with individual phase servo fine-tuning guarantee ±0.1mm high overprint precision.
3. Slotting Unit: 8-Axis Precision Slotting Structure
Standard 8-axis synchronous slotting mechanism, each cutter shaft adopts high-precision dynamic balance calibration and hard chrome surface treatment. Slot height, slot depth, indentation position and cutter clearance are electrically adjusted via computer program synchronously.
Multi-axis linkage makes slot edges smooth without burrs, indentation lines even and flat; applicable for 3-layer, 5-layer common corrugated boards, meeting the slotting demands of various conventional carton specifications.
4. Die-cutting Unit: Equipped with Special Slotting Cutter Collars
The rotary die-cutting unit is equipped with supporting slotting cutter collars, realizing flexible switching between independent slotting processing and die-cut forming processing on one machine.
The die roller and cushion roller adopt high-strength steel with precision grinding processing; the running phase is adjustable dynamically during operation, ensuring tidy die-cut contours and clean waste stripping. Compatible with conventional carton forming and special-shaped carton die-cutting production requirements.
