Carton packaging machinery is suitable for continuous cleaning operation of various cartons. There are two types commonly used: 30 type and 40 type. The heat source forms include coal or wood type and electric heating type. It is a commonly used machine in carton processing. The maintenance and repair points are as follows:

1. Change the lubricating oil in the worm gear reducer of the carton packaging machinery. The lubricating oil can be No. 10, No. 20 or No. 30 engine oil.

2. After all parts are assembled, start the machine and observe whether the machine operates normally. Heat the drum properly, put in a small amount of carton packing machine oil to melt it and cover the inner surface of the drum, and then cut off all power supplies. The surface of the machine can be painted again, covered with plastic paper after drying, and stored in a dry place.

3. If the chain is too loose, it can be adjusted by removing several sections. If it has been seriously stretched, it should be replaced. The carton machine shall be used according to the method and principle of use, and shall be maintained and serviced according to the method, so as to solve different fault problems in time. When adjusting and changing the chain, attention shall be paid to that: the installation direction of the spring card at the chain joint shall be consistent with the running direction of the chain, so as to avoid impact, jumping, or even falling off during operation.

4. Disassemble and wash all rolling bearings and add new lubricating grease, which can be calcium sodium base grease.

5. Clean all the dirt on the friction surface, especially the chain and sprocket, and refill the lubricating oil.

The maintenance and repair of carton packaging machinery shall be carried out by technicians. The quality and performance of carton machinery in use play an important role and value in the production of cartons.

6. Check the stove for smoke leakage. If smoke leakage is found, check the drum smoke retainer, stove and chimney, and replace them in time if they are damaged. The electric heater model shall be checked to see if the electric heater tube is damaged, and the damaged electric heater tube shall be replaced.
