Automatic baler

The head of the packing section adopts two sets of imported heads with original packaging from Taiwan, which maximizes the stability of high-frequency packing, extends the service life of the whole machine, and is free of maintenance and repair in a short term. The interchangeability of the head and the universal rate of parts reach 90%

The lubricating part of the machine adopts an automatic lubricating oil filling device. The time and amount of lubricating oil can be set separately. When the amount of lubricating oil is low, an alarm will be given automatically.

The electrical department adopts four groups of servo devices. The combination of automatic control of electrical appliances and machinery can greatly improve the accuracy and logic of mechanical actions, reduce some mechanical parts, and thus reduce the failure rate due to mechanical wear. The electrical program can be operated remotely, and the customized program for future product upgrading and customer needs can be transmitted remotely and wirelessly.
